For 12 years, the campaign has empowered girls to experience the workplace at businesses and institutions throughout South Africa.
This year's theme is Dream, Believe and Achieve which speaks to the stories of each of the young women who have participated in the campaign.
The movement continues to address the needs and aspirations of Grade 10 to 12 girl learners, putting them in direct contact with the country's foremost thought leaders.
The target in 2015 is to increase the number of companies to register to take part in this year's programme, pledging to empower more girl learners for a brighter future.
Suzette van der Merwe, Managing Executive of the Cell C Foundation says the creation of opportunities for girl learners is at the heart of Cell C's corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme: "Education is one of the most important means of empowering women with knowledge, skills, self-confidence and social and economic status. These qualities enable young women to become vibrant contributors to the economy and leading job creators in South Africa. That is why Cell C is passionate about this campaign and thankful for the continued support we receive from the public and private sector."
