Senior Account Manager, Catherine Bolton, has accepted the position to head the Manley Communications' Johannesburg office from 1 February 2006.
South African born Bolton has gained extensive international hospitality experience in the field of public relations. Career highlights include the opening of the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa in the Maldives and representing Germany's athletes at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
Bolton will manage the JHB accounts of the Westcliff, The Peech, the Pigalle restaurants in Sandton and Bedfordview as well as Hannon Hair Care. Cape-based accounts the Mount Nelson Hotel, Bouchard Finlayson vineyards and Dornier wines will continue to fall under her portfolio.
Offices are located in Observatory - Cape Town (head office), Melrose - Johannesburg and Riebeek Kasteel in the Swartland region of the Western Cape.
Manley Communications has recently formed an alliance with Electric Fire which is an e-marketing company offering an array of services from web and graphic design, e-marketing and global distribution marketing to hosting and data base management.
