Protea Hotel Fire & Ice appoints new executive chef

Matthew Wright has been appointed as executive chef of Protea Hotel Fire & Ice Melrose Arch. Wright has gained experience in restaurants such as the Morningside's Pomodoro Ristorante, Coobs in Parkhurst and the Grand Hyatt Muscat in Oman.
