Which blogging site to use?

It seems there is a plethora of sites out there which offer blogs. Which are the good ones to use?

I must admit I'm tempted to use Blogger because it's integrated with Google, and I have GMail, GTalk and have just downloaded Picasa. So what's the lowdown on Blogger?
