I, Bahia Davids, am a highly motivated, technically proficient, target and customer-oriented with a passion for service excellence. I have all the appropriate qualifications for accomplishing consulting duties that are demanding and target-oriented. Service consulting and service deliveries and deadlines are my passion. I have extensive knowledge of generating estimates and selling vehicle components and accessories and ensuring that csi is of a high standard. I have excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills and is able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. Having worked in service workshops over the years I am familiar with advising customers of their service requirements as well as repairs noted while servicing, doing quotations and selling those repairs. I communicate effective with the customers and with personal to achieve optimum service deliverables. I am familiar with workshop software and updating of the data as well as creating suppliers orders, processing of supplier's invoices, timesheets, consumables etc to ensure invoicing is in order as per scheduled delivery date. Having been a workshop supervisor developed my ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of workshop related problematic situations. I am familiar with the OHSACT and the ISO1900-2000 and able to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals as well as disciplinay procedures. I have done warranty claims write reports and correspondence as well as analyze and interpret management reports and budgets. I have done stock control, pricing, costing and invoicing.

Lastly, I am familiar with workshop management software. (Kerridge), MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Sap and Stock control systems.
