I have various fields of experience:

Most recent; Managing a newly opened Biltong Shop which involve general shop duties, bookkeeping, stock take & once a week a collection of stock , as well as delivery of stock to a few other Biltong shops to which we supply our Biltong product.

Prior to my current role; I was made redundant from a position as a Media Buyer/Planner for a Print Media Advertising Agency, my role included all the Media Buying, Media Negotiations and Media Planning on all Recruitment, Tender, Notice & General Advertising related work for the KZN office. That included; issuing of Copy Instructions, Liaising with the Finance Department on Unbilled Listings and Account queries, ensuring that order numbers were obtained meticulously, as well as submitting reports and statistics to management timeously. I enjoyed that role a great deal as it was high pressured, planned and had to be highly organized which are skills i do believe I have.

My working career between the year 2004 and 2012 include:

2004 - 2007; Matriculated in 2003, from 2004 I spent three and a half years in the United Kingdom working in Kitchens starting as a kitchen porter moving to a Junior Sous Chef in 2007.

2007 - 2012; Call Centre Agent: Maintenance Customer Contact Centre for the servicing of all Total South Africa petrol stations; SAP Support Consultant for the IT department at Mondi Business paper, assisting SAP users with day to day issues. Data Capturing for a First National Bank project. Lastly in 2012 i began may career in the Print Media Advertising Agency Industry as a Data Capturer in the recruitment division, later in that year i was promoted to Media Buyer as my meticulous organization skills were recognized.
