Motivational Letter
The most fitting description of what I do in terms of a career is that I am a "solutions provider". I thrive on taking a situation, business or working environment and implementing fresh ideas and systems, or improving existing systems, to optimize productivity, sales, staff morale, customer service and an exceptional overall customer experience.
I take great pride in my work, and make every project or venture that I find myself in, my own. Achieving the best possible results in any position and situation is essential and a matter of personal pride to me.
My career has been diverse. The common factor throughout has been to achieve the best possible results through proper management and exceptional customer service, which in turn leads to increased sales. This also proves that I am very adaptable and enthusiastic about making a success of any project or career that I choose to follow.
I dislike monotony, which also contributes to my passion for my career to extend further than is traditionally expected. When faced with a problem I find a solution.
From experience gained in previous positions in the high end luxury market, I have learnt that customer service is what ultimately makes the difference between yourself and your competitors, in a competitive market.
