I have a support and training function with in my organization where I do monthly product briefings on new product introduction. Briefing operations on the monthly marketing offers and launching the marketing offers within our operations areas
I am currently employed as a Campaign coordinator within a Call centre. I have been in my current role since November 2014 and I currently perform tasks related to training and daily Operations support function. I started as a Training facilitator in 2010 and performed this role until March 2013. During this time I was responsible for New Starter training in our Telemarketing sales area. I performed all tasks related to the new starter training program such as planning and coordination of training, design and development of training content, delivery of training, assessments and coaching during the incubation period. I also completed all training related administration. The training programmes facilitated included Technical and Soft skills programs.From March 2013 - October 2014 I was the Operations Training Officer and moved out of the new starter training space into the Operations space. I was responsible for planning all the training that was to happen in the Operations space for the year reviewing the training plan quarterly. I was also responsible for refresher training and the role out of training projects within the operations areas.
