Elton is currently an International E-Coach of Youth Employment Network (YEN), a partnership of the United Nations, International Labour Organization, and the World Bank. In the business field, Elton is a certified member of Social Media Summit and Facebook Success Summit USA by Social Media Examiner, one of the world's Top 100 by Technorati and AdAge business blogs. Elton has won a award for Global Business Mentorship from Deputy Minister of Finance of Malaysia. Elton has trained and consulted various clients industries and spoken in various conferences in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore on social media topic.
