Responsibilities
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by conducting market research and identifying potential customers
Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
Evaluate customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions
Analyse sales data and prepare reports to monitor performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication
Attend sales meetings and presentations to gain exposure to the sales process and contribute to team discussions
Requirements
Grade 12/N4 equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
Sales-focused mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing industry
