    Don't Bl!nk or you'll miss the new men's mag

A new men's magazine, Bl!nk, has been launched into the heavily traded men's magazine market. Publishers, Blink Lifestyle Trading, aim to produce a magazine that focuses on South African issues for the proudly South Afrian man.

Siphiwe Mpye, Bl!nk's editor, is charged with ensuring that his magazine meets the needs of its discerning market. With a track record that has seen him put pen to paper for the Sowetan, rage.co.za, SL and FHM, as well as being a contributing editor at YMag - where he played a major part in reinventing its popular website yworld.co.za, before joining the Bl!nk team - he is in the perfect position to steer BL!NK along the successful course it is chartering.

'The good life guide to self-expression...' That's the focus, and the team believe that the new mag will create a platform from which a uniquely South African voice will be read.

Vuyo Radebe, CEO of Blink Lifestyle Trading, and the Bl!nk brains trust, worked behind the scenes for years researching and networking before launching. Their aim with BL!NK is to socialise ambition, through printed media, for their dynamic, mobile and ambitious target market.

Blink magazine is a monthly magazine and the launch issue hits the shelves on October 21, 2004.
