Responsibilities

• Use effective sales techniques to engage and assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all shoppers
• Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor, including product displays and promotional materials
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and organizing merchandise

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
• Proficient in using computers and electronic sales systems
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
