New industry. Same you. Translate, don’t imitateYou don’t need to be fluent in industry jargon on day one. 3. Lean into what you knowLeadership. Messaging. Content strategy. Team-building. Storytelling. 4. Learn with curiosity, not pressureYou don’t have to become the subject-matter expert overnight. 5. Stay rooted in your WhyYou weren’t hired to be a replica of what already exists.
