Have a stress-free Christmas at Carnival City with a sumptuous festive buffet including salad, and charcuterie and cheese station, and freshly baked bread to begin.
Feast on traditional mains including sage and lemon brined roast turkey, bacon-wrapped chipolatas and gravy; and twice-baked gammon with wholegrain mustard and honey glazed, glacé cherries and charred pineapple. Dish up roasted vegetables and potatoes and Xmas fave Brussels sprouts on the side; finish with trifle, gingerbread cheesecake and more.
