The Citizen's pictures editor Wessel Oosthuizen recently claimed top honours as the Sasol Springbok Photographer of the Year awards for the second year in a row, winning for his iconic picture of Springbok captain John Smit and President Thabo Mbeki at the Rugby World Cup final.
