Long term software partners Green 4 Solutions, have extended the scope of the centralised CRM and eCommunications software to help Soccerex manage their entire event management process. This will now begin with electronic marketing of the event, right through to managing event bookings, registration and printing out delegate badges.
To complete the picture Soccerex wanted a seamless online registration area, where delegates could go to book their place at the exhibition as well as addition items such as gala dinner passes, and make an online payment. As well as making this process easier for delegates, it will also make the back-end registration process more streamlined for Soccerex staff as all bookings will go directly to the CRM database and be available to Soccerex account managers who will immediately know who has booked for which activities.
