I began my career in the agency environment at HKLM Advertising while completing my qualifications in Brand Leadership. This foundation sharpened my understanding of strategic brand operations, client servicing and the mechanics behind high-impact campaigns.
Following graduation from Vega School of Brand Leadership, I progressed into strategic marketing roles where I was responsible for strengthening brand positioning, improving campaign effectiveness and translating research into actionable commercial insight. I developed a disciplined approach to planning, execution and measurement.
In my more recent roles, including Digital Marketing leadership within corporate environments, I have focused on:
• Driving website strategy and digital channel optimisation
• Implementing structured marketing workflows using platforms such as monday.com
• Enhancing data visibility through reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks
• Strengthening brand governance and local market alignment
• Integrating automation and AI tools into marketing operations
I am particularly interested in the future of AI-enabled marketing, operational efficiency and scalable digital ecosystems. I believe the next competitive advantage for organisations lies not only in creativity, but in systems thinking, intelligent automation and disciplined execution.
