I interned at an advertising agency throughout my varsity career to gain hands-on experience whilst studying. Here I was placed within client service for 9 months and then a further 3 months within the strategy department.
I then worked as a marketing manager for an events company to explore other spheres of marketing and find my true passion. Here I was responsible for social media management and market research for this company's 4 different restaurants. This directed me to a Software Sales company, where I conducted market research for 3 months and learned a great deal about online sales.
I am currently an Account Manager at one of the leading digital agencies in the country. I have been in my current position for 7 months and I thoroughly enjoy my work. I have learned a great deal from my current position, however, I have a strong desire to grow my current digital skills outside of the client service department and into digital analysis and strategy.
