•This includes the sourcing of new work, marketing, sales, preparation of client quotations, order
intake, production workflow, finishing, arranging of delivery, client invoicing & debtor follow up.
•Management of all staff and related HR and personnel functions for the Port Alfred branch.
•Development and execution of the branch's marketing plan and initiatives.
•Establishing framework, systems and regular updating of internal processes to ensure maximum productivity in the branch.
•Building and maintaining working relationships with key clients.
•Meeting with members of the public and key clients to source new work, and for project briefing
and order intake.
•Sourcing of new products, ordering and responding to supplier correspondence.
•Stock receiving, GRV's, Purchase orders, Invoices and Stock takes in the retail section.
•Ensure complete customer satisfaction in both the retail and office departments.
•Compilation of company documentation for tender submissions.
•Receive, review and action all design briefs from the client.
•Assist the design team to conceptualise and oversee the design & approval of campaigns.
•Preparing approved print production order packs for the factory.
•Assisting production departments with queries and administration tasks.
•Serve as the communication channel between customers, suppliers and the factory.
•Project Management of the full life cycle of local projects, from inception to completion.
•Create and maintain tracking documents and registers to monitor project progress against
targeted milestones.
•Weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting of branch running costs and financial status.
•Monitoring and reporting on usage of stock, design/print capacity as well as expenditure in the branch.
•Compilation of comprehensive daily, weekly and monthly sales, financial and production data for owner meetings.
•Maintenance of the branch's asset register and ensuring timely maintenance of all equipment.
•Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and efficiently in all related aspects from health & safety, IT & telecommunications, house-keeping and general administration.
