I started working at young age, assisting my mother in her haberdashery store. From those years I learned how to interact with people and find the best solution to their needs. I have experience in working in a busy environment where multi-tasking is essential and working under pressure is common. I have strong written and oral communication skills, learned by greeting about twenty-five to thirty clients per day, answering questions and assisting people. I am also used to calling clients and stores to confirm transfers or working hours, and send emails every day to managers and staff. I have several files and folders where paperwork is completed and sorted on a daily basis. I have experience with computers and software programs, including Microsoft Office.I am very task and detail oriented and never leave any job half done.
