Since I joined the South African Police Service back in 2006, I have been involved in supporting end-users with regards to mobile devices incl. cell phones, smartphones, 3G accounts and the day-to-day management of their thereof, as well as, management of mobile data, airtime and sms's. I am an excellent communicator with the ability to explain procedures in a practical and user-friendly way which also means that many problems can be resolved telephonically and my rational approach to solving problems leads to reliable and fast solutions for any mobile device issues. I specialize in Mobile Device Management (administering mobile devices, such as smartphones, tablet computers, laptops within a corporate environment e.g. BlackBerry Enterprise Server, Air-Watch (Vodacom Secure Device Manager), Miradore, Mobile Iron etc.), which is very secure and ensure that employees stay productive and do not breach corporate policies. I have excellent knowledge of email and PIM synchronization and, also, experience in information management, working with and supporting MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Exchange, performing General office administration, working in retail and doing website design.
