I fundamentally believe that effective Communication is the key to one's success, as well as being a Team Player collaborating to ensure business results are met. I work well in a Leadership role, drawing on people's skills and cross-fertilising ideas. Problem Solving and Multitasking is part of the game no matter what the obstacle. My Positive Attitude is often what I am complimented on.
