At Conservation International I was the Capacity Building Coordinator. My function was to improve and further develop the skills of staff and partner programmes. My predominant work was within communities, developing their skills to become self-sustainable. As part of the skills development and training I managed the internship programme.
At Working on Fire my key function was to develop a skills development programme for Regional Managers and tracking their progress.
With Landworks my main function is to start new community projects and doing annual evaluations on their progress. Furthermore I manage our SAQA accreditation with the FP&M Seta ensuring we stay up to date and new unit standards are added as needed.
