Assisting Key Accounts Managers and Debtors Clerks with queries, quotations and general enquiries
Balance the parcels billed in Oracle with the parcels captured on the in house system (SLE)
Review all new debtor contracts, credit applications, trade references and bank checks from Experian
Ensure that all documentation is in order for auditors at financial year end
Collecting of outstanding monies
Allocate deposits accurately
