? Reconciling of Suspense Accounts in Pastel
? Processing of Disputes
? Processing of Credit card returns
? Processing of Re-Directs
? Assisting with Budgets
? Assisting with Month end reports for Head Office
? Assisting with Forecasts
? Assisting in Auditors Queries

• PAYROLL PROCESSING
? Adding / Deleting of employees on Payroll System {(Pay Space (Cloud based application)}
? Processing of Salaries, Loan accounts, Deductions on payroll system
? Processing of PAYE / SDL / UIF on payroll system
? Reconciling payroll reports
? Processing of leave
? Reconciling and issuing of Tax Certificates
? Employment Equity reporting
? Workmen's compensation reporting and payment
? Processing of increase and incentive letters
? Assisting with Budgets and month end reports for Head Office

• SARS PROCESSING
? Processing of payment of EMP201
? Processing of EMP501 - SARS Easy File
? Processing of VAT returns and Vat Payments

• CALL CENTRE MANAGER
? Interviewing of new employees for the call centre
? Training of call centre staff
? Updating of reports for Management
? Tracking of Call volumes
? Tracking of Call Quality
? Making sure the department meats KPI set in place for incentives.
