I am a General Manager working with a Digital Marketing Team with more than 18 years of experience managing marketing operations at regional and corporate level. My work experience, academic background and on-going training equips me to identify growing opportunities in business and successfully execute on objectives and targets.
The technology and marketing industry forms part of a very diverse and interesting environment. The ever-changing nature of these markets intrigues me. Through analyzing strategies, products and market opportunities I like to obtain better insight in daily operations and drive a business in a difficult economic environment by applying one's knowledge and skillset.
Interaction with clients (Business owners / entrepreneurs) is the lifeline of every successful business. Understanding individual needs and requirements for unique situations is one of the biggest challenges and motivating factors for me as a person. Assisting team members to achieve their full potential also gives me a lot of satisfaction. The importance of clear communication on sales targets and objectives with required buy-in is of at most importance to achieve success. Further it is also rewarding for me as an individual when solutions on ground level fits with the overall strategic position of the company and all parties find common benefits.
