At Wazoogles Superfood, I design and maintain business-critical systems (across all departments, ranging from Net Profit Forecasting to costing systems for New Product Development), optimise workflows, and improve efficiency through process improvement and leveraging technology.
Some things I'm particularly proud of:
- swapped company task management from Monday to ClickUp, integrating ClickUp with our Shopify & ERP systems for 1 central order processing portal
- developed a system for pricing products for various wholesale partners, both local and international
- developed a Sales Dashboard in PowerBI
- developed a Net Profit Forecasting tool using Excel, integrating with various platforms
I also manage the IT infrastructure, am the designated HR Person™️, and provide marketing support where needed, especially as it related to Data (though I have stepped into the Marketing role fully in times of need).
I am passionate about using systems, technology, and data to take the guess work out of work.
