Show profile Hide profileI am an enthusiastic, hardworking person who is busy completing my Degree in Public Relations Manager and obtained my National Diploma in Public Relations Management with five years' working experience in the Public Relations field. I have obtained a Diploma in Business Management along with five years' working experience in the School of Business Short Learning Programme Department in the administrative, marketing and academic environment. I enjoy being part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team. I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. I am able to work well on my own initiative even under significant pressure as well as with a team; I possess a strong ability to perform effectively.
I have strived in acquiring various experiences from diverse career opportunities, which I believe has increased my understanding of etiquette in the workplace and allowed me to explore my own interests. Through my extensive admin and marketing experience, I have acquired good interpersonal skills and am able to establish a good rapport with the clients. These have all been frontline roles in which I was able to perfect my customer service skills. Through all these roles, I have acquired new skills and am able to successfully take on new challenges with confidence.
