Over the last decade in particular, I have developed and implemented human resources strategy, policies, job profiles, job evaluation, organizational structures, skills audits and analysis, remuneration and benefits in the corporate environment as well as the public sector right up to the Presidential level of government. I have participated in remuneration surveys and ensured that positions were correctly graded. I have also done international benchmarking and manpower planning, including international recruitment and payroll. I have developed an extensive document on executive compensation which included share schemes.
I have done comprehensive analyses of all conditions of service with recommendations and proposals for major clients. I have also developed a total new occupational dispensation for health professionals (more than 140 000 employees), worth more than R5bn.
