Monitor inventory
Ensure inventory turn-arround time is within set goals,
Ensure purchase forecasting is in place - plan for out of stock situations, price increases, etc.
Ensure that planning schudule is in place in terms of the yearly closing dates of Suppliers.
Ensure that inventory is ordered in time and at the right Supplier.
Ensure that back orders are made within 24 hours after it has been received.
Ensure that product feedback is given to Branches within 30 minutes of receiving the enquiry.
Control and manages OBS systems for Branches responsible.
Control and manage stock level in Branch accordingly to predefind values and quantities.
Ensure that status reports on all outstanding orders are updated on the system.
Daily Interaction and descussion of all orders from Branches.
Reconcile all outstanding orders.
Order all stock required on system.
Ensure pricing of orders are always at best prices as agreed.
Ensure stock level in the DC.
Ensure that stock deliveries are managed and checked daily.
The interaction between the DC to encure delivery are done to date and according to the Compony police and standards.
Suppliers give us the best rebates for the Company.

Control the stock take in the group and give feedback to CFO about the resalts
