? Rebates calculation at month end
? Printing of Customer Statements at month end
? Daily Sales reporting
? Monthly Sales Reporting - Local and Export
? Processing of journals, including Accruals, payroll journals
? Emailing of Tax invoices and Statements to Debtors on a daily / monthly basis
? Updating General Ledger Schedules to balance to Trial Balance
? Depreciation on Fixed Assets
? Updating / Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register
? Stats SA
? Submitting of payroll information to Sage VIP, i.e. approved commissions, additional deductions, additional instructions
? Submitting Debtors Declarations to CGIC
? Submitting Debtors and Creditors ageing to Standard Bank
? Submitting Marine Insurance Declarations to Marsh SA
? VAT and EMP 201 submission to SARS
? Administrator functions on Premier ESS - Approval of Personal Details updates, Loading of new users, Loading of monthly payslips, Maintenance of users
? Fire Fighter and First Aider
