Show profile Hide profileDue to the nature of my own business, areas of interest and the subjects included in my field of study, I have become an expert in the field of the audio, visual and multimedia industry and have acquired a firm knowledge of computer systems and software applications. As a manager I excel in crisis management and I have the ability to perform strategic planning, develop and implement systems, manage projects, motivate and manage employees. I also have acquired significant experience in the creation of special events, event management, sales and marketing.
My wife and I have been working together for more than 20 years as a great team and have produced and managed several great events, from business and product launches, talent competitions, shows, fun days, beauty pageants to a special event radio station and a fully-fledged regional expo.
I will be able to offer an incredible source of experience to an existing business. Therefore, my next job will be preferably in the same line of my current business with a company that is well established, well organized, innovative and is an industry leader who will care for its work force, the environment and its people.
I will be in a managerial or supervisory position in the field of my expertise where I can live out my management style which is based on the CAP principal (Communicate about performance). I believe that when your work team feels involved and appreciated, the outcome of any project will be beneficial to all parties, directly and indirectly involved.
