I am a commercially astute, MBA qualified, senior executive with proven c-suite stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
I have a strong financial services, banking and investments background and have led and managed teams from operations and administration to sales and marketing. This training and experience has afforded me a solid General Management foundation with strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked for a few international brands, including: Standard Bank, Old Mutual International and the Virgin Group.
As a natural leader and team builder, I excel at motivating people and leveraging relationships. My understanding of team cohesions, dynamics and interpersonal relations enable me to complete tasks with and through colleagues.
I am a decision-maker who can delegate details and can also delegate responsibility and authority when necessary. I am an innovative, results-driven, self-starter and skillful at training and developing others for the benefit of the organisation.
My specific experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, as well as my general business skills add value to my daily interactions with clients, colleagues and investors.
My Personal and academic interests concern driving profit and profitability through good corporate citizenry and especially, Social Responsibility within that context.
