Review qualification criteria with partners and ensure criteria are met
Meet targets on number of signed partners
Administrative & Office Manager duties to support sales include Ensuring
Payment terms are adhered to by customers before release
Allocation of payments communicated to Head Office for reconciliation purposes
Communicate the payment terms to customers and facilitate credit applications
to be authorized by Head Office
Assist head office to verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues if
necessary
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting clients
before delivery or after depending on the arrangement - specific to payment
arrangement and bank finance arrangements
Manage daily time-sheets and staff clock-in
Update staff banking details and leave applications
Order consumables for production and warehouse
Ensure production and warehouse areas and cleaned daily and rubble collected
on a weekly basis
Office Management: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained,
organized, and conducive to productivity
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and
maintenance
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing
correspondence, and organizing company events
Serve as the point of contact for vendors and service providers
Supervise and support office staff, including administrative, sales assistants and
other support personnel
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
