I am currently doing internship with Microsoft SA which is 12 months program, since I have been there I am bright, talented and ambitious IT support technician with a strong technical background who possesses self-discipline and the ability to work with the minimum of supervision. I can be able to play a key role in diagnosing hardware and software problems and to ensure that quality solution meet business objectives.
