Extensive experience in business analysis methodologies and techniques; Requirements engineering process methodology, Requirements triage methodology, Win-win spiral methodology, Process framework methodology, Joint application design, BABOK, SWEBOK, Interviews, Observation, Task demonstration, Document studies, Questionnaires, Prototyping, Scenarios, Storyboarding, Criticality analysis, Work breakdown structure and Decision analysis under uncertainty.
4. Coaching of Business Analysts, Project Managers and Test Analysts.
5. A problem solver in finding simple solutions when needed to ensure project success.
6. Experience working with virtual and Offshore Teams.
7. Matrix Management: Ability to drive cross-functional project teams of service personnel dispersed across multiple geographies and disciplines in a matrix structure where none of the resources report directly to the project manager. Able to motivate project staff and influence their tasks to align with the project goals and priorities.
