Show profile Hide profileI have been an HRBP at Managerial Level across Gauteng in different regions that comprised of plus-minus of 24 business units and a headcount of 354 at a time over ten years. I worked hand in hand with the Regional Managers and with their different direct reporting lines.
In addition to my current role, I have been involved in projects on Recognition, On boarding and exits from a provincial perspective and an also on the Head Office HR Transformation Committee.
Being a strategic business partner, I understand the importance of aligning HR strategy to the business strategy in order to achieve the organizational objectives, this includes contributing to the bottom line through performance management, ensuring we have the correct talent in the right roles.
I am a highly motivated and ambitious individual and I strive to achieve the best of everything that I do in life.
