I have been working as Brand administrator for 6 years, doing the following:

• Replenishments for stores and send new stock when required
• Liaising between the warehouse and the store
• Liaising between the customer and the sales agent
• Creating style numbers for the footwear and apparel samples that we receive seasonally, using Fashion system.
• Making sure that the customer receives stock what he ordered and in requested time
• Investigate & resolve customer queries related to service delivery issues and report back to agents and customers( only for telephone orders)
• Book Purchase orders on the system using style codes and colours
• Prepare packing list for the warehouse before stock lands and arrive at the warehouse. ( This will give the warehouse an indication of what is coming and how much, that way they will how much space to spare for the new stock)
