With 16 years working for publishing houses, I'm very experienced in most facets of publishing.
Show profile Hide profileI have a degree in English and Political Science from the University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg. Following several years in banking at Citibank, both in London and Johannesburg, I moved into the sphere of publishing where I have been for 16 years; 10 years at Jacana Media and six years at Penguin Random House. Within the publishing houses, I have always worked in the area of materials development and publishing and have intimate knowledge of the facets of design, writing, editing and proofreading, project management, costings and print. I am now self-employed as a project manager, writer, materials developer, editor and proofreader.
