Integrity, honesty, respect, loyalty and fairness are very important to me in life and the work
environment. I tend to think 'outside of the box' in most situations, at the same time also valuing
structure and planning and the fine balance between the two. I believe in creativity, logic, sharing
ideas and working smarter towards the goals I have set for myself as well as the goals of my
employer.
