-Ensure implementation of effective workforce tasking and performance management in line with store specific plans.

-Manage and maintain the stock pipeline to ensure that stock is displayed on the sales floor in accordance with the Chain guidelines.
- Ensure correct and timeous implementation of store's promotions, markdowns and other communications, in accordance with standards.
- Conduct weekly analysis and interpretation of all stock management reports to manage the store's performance.
-Manage the entire stock flow, replenishment and pipeline processes from stockroom / warehouse to sales floor to ensure optimal stock representation on the sales floor.
- Conduct regular environmental scans of in-store competitor activities and identify retailing opportunities which could impact the store's ability to meet or increase sales targets and forward recommendations for adjustments to the business plan to the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the store's sales and profitability targets are achieved in line with profit pattern and budgeted targets. managing expenses to realize store profitability targets and take the required action to correct out of lines relating to operating expenses.
- Ensure that store stock loss results are within norms with an effective loss action plan for the store which identifies and addresses all potential risks within the store.
