I am currently employed in the Research Directorate of CPUT (the Cape Peninsula University of Technology) as Coordinator: Research Writing, Information & Publications. This is an administrative role, but would very much like to get back into education.

I have over 10 years teaching and lecturing experience. This is mostly in the English and Communication fields, including tutoring of school learners and business people. I have also taught various other subjects, including Numeracy and Literacy to marginalised learners, and lectured Business Communication, Business English, Business Methods, Principles of Supervision, Basic Business Principles, Introduction to Law, Business Studies, Office Procedures and a Professional Receptionist course to first year college and university students.

I am passionate about teaching and equipping people (of all ages) to develop skills to help them reach their potential.

I hold a BA degree (from Wits University) with Industrial Psychology and English as my majors. I also hold an MPhil degree in Linguistics (from Stellenbosch University).
