? Full Project Management of all projects in the pipeline - including client management, proposal writing, project design, questionnaire and sample design, DP specification, data analysis, data manipulation, coding, report writing, charting and presenting.
? Responsible for quality, timeliness and meeting of financial targets for projects to ensure quality projects are delivered to Clients
? Sale of portfolio of Products
? Identifies problems and risks in each project by monitoring timings, budget and team performance, thus looking for ways to improve delivery
? Accountable for managing projects to drive GM and profit based on set targets
? Does costings for all team projects
? Conducts internal research (using GfK network, GfK portal) and secondary research (e.g. Euromonitor report)
? Proposal writing including research design, costs and timing
? Full client management including managing clients' expectations, key client liaison on projects while building long term relationships with the client, presenting
? Sets standards of excellence to ensure high quality
? Oversee and deliver high quality reports and present high level data insight
? Manage a portfolio of clients
? Ensures delivery of accurate, high quality, in-depth, insightful presentations
? Address all client requests timeously
? Full management of qualitative research projects-from start to finish
? Qualitative experience including focus groups, shop alongs, IDI's and immersions
? Qualitative studies conducted include U&A's, Concept tests, packaging tests, product tests and pricing
? Experience in data analysis utilizing statistical data (run by statistician), tabulated data and in-house data management tool
? Understanding of statistical techniques, including brand mapping, correlation analysis, regression analysis, t-tests and significance testing
? Experience with various research methods and techniques, including:
o Central Location Test (CLT), In Home Usage Test (IHUT), Online research, Panel research, Intercept interviews, Trade and dealer research, Business to business research, consumer research and customer research (interviews with clients on a professional level) and stakeholder research, Shop Shelf simulations, Brand health tracking, Full mix tests (including all elements of marketing mix in one test), Concept tests, pack tests, product tests and imagery, Research with children, Store audits Immersions, Pantry audit, Customer satisfaction, Accompanied shops, Shopper or consumer diaries, Pricing research, particularly price sensitivity measures, and Conjoint
