I'm a vibrant, enthusiastic, and hard working individual who is passionate about customer service. It is utter most important to me to meet my targets and to achieve beyond what is expected whenever the opportunity presents itself.? In the 6years experience I have, I have not just learned to love customer service but I live it by always putting myself at the receiving end when assisting a client. That way, I am guaranteed that I am serving the client in a manner that I would prefer to be served at. I see customer service as people management and if one understands how people think, value being respected and shown their worth in the business you would have achieved one of the goals of people management.
