Personal Assistant:
• Manage and maintain the MD's diary and email account.
• Schedule meetings on behalf of the MD with Directors, managers etc. across the Continent.
• Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
• Respond to emails dealing with appointments etc.
• Conduct meetings with the MD to discuss invitations and other requests.
• Schedule on behalf of the MD meetings between her and her direct reports.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements including Visa's for the MD as well as other staff members.
• Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD.
• Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements she is involved in.
• Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MD.
• Keep & retrieve files.
• Research and layout done of all meeting and board packs.
• Complete research on behalf of the MD.

Research & Marketing:
• Assist Events manager by searching for appropriate panelists for M&G Africa events across the Continent. (Compile a detailed contact list; follow up with phone calls and emails).
• Accompany executives to meetings at the Embassies.
• Plan, execute and manage market research for print and online projects to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
• Analyse and evaluate customer research, current market conditions, competitor data and marketing campaigns.
• Interpreting data and publishing findings with regards to sector industry specific research.
• Monitor competitor activity within the print and digital platforms.
• Researching new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs
• Advise internal stakeholders regarding research requirements and application.
• Constantly analyse the results of all marketing activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Establish and promote the company in all identify media platforms including social media.
• Handling the production of marketing materials and liaising with designers and printers.
• Arranging for the effective distribution of sales and marketing collateral.
• Assist sales executives with quantitative and qualitative analysis and mock-ups for their client proposals.
• Keep records of all sales figures, research, advertising proposals and marketing initiatives.
• Analyse data patterns in detail to understand significance and identify appropriate action.
• Coordinate all promotional, marketing and advertising activities.
