As I have been working for the past four months, I have gained valuable skills that can be useful in the office environment. My daily tasks involve social media content creation, scheduling, website management and writing press releases and/or letters to the editor.
I understand the value of social media and how an online audience wants an experience, if its not online then it probably does not exist. With that in mind, I, as the person behind the screen, feel it is my job to create content that resonates with the person coming into contact with the brand. I can do that with ensuring the content tells a story.
In addition, I know how to plan and execute an event. I am very good at compiling and managing a guest list, drafting a budget, writing sponsorship letters and managing the registration table on the day of the event.
I have grasped the skills and knowledge of a public relations practitioner. I am a vibrant, passionate and hardworking individual with a never die attitude and I believe I will be an asset to your organisation.
