Assist the Business Manager, Sales Managers and dedicated sales team with support of all administrative tasks and report
Consistently maintain an open and trustworthy communication with the team
Correct weekly and monthly figures, reports and feedback
Follow up on material, CI's, voucher copies and bookings when required to do so.
Assist Sales manager with monthly and weekly reports & Deviation reports/figures
Procurement through EasyBuy for office refreshment
Printing and keeping sell sheets updated
Petrol Log books and envo
Addressing client requirements
To support the team to drive positive client liaison
Make sure that our turn-around time is quick and efficient
Manage and reconcile the petty cash
Sufficient petty cash is available for normal office requirements at all times. Petty cash reconciliation always balances.
Keep record of and report on various employee expenses i.e. expense, cell phone and other claims.
Expense records are up to date and accurate at all times.
Co-ordinate, control and order office equipment and stationery, monitoring stock levels.
Office equipment and stationery is available when required and managed within budget, with no losses due to shrinkage.
Make travel arrangements.
Travel arrangements are done timeously, accurately and cost-effectively
Manage the diary, ensuring all meetings and engagements are correctly diarised, that the manager is aware of and prepared for any upcoming meetings.
No diary conflicts are unresolved. Manager is updated on upcoming meetings and deadlines.
Cost Management and Coordination
Control and manage duties that contribute to cost saving for the division
Keeping an open mind on new learning development and opportunities
To accomplish all tasks that are handed to me within the recommended time frame
