I hold a BTech Electrical Engineering obtained at the Tshwane University of Technology in 2015. I hold a certificate in Leadership Development Programme. I have completed 1-year experiential training in chrome industry at Xstrata chrome mine - Wonderkop in 2005. I have worked at Phalaborwa Mining Company as a Vacation Student in 2003. I am currently a Production Supervisor for Samancor Chrome - Ferrometals. I have 4 years' managerial experience in production environment and 2-years supervisory experience in Ferro-alloys industry. I have lump ore beneficiation knowledge. I have knowledge of SAP systems, SCADA systems, SHEQ systems, HIRA, OSHA, MHSA and ISO 9001&ISO 14000. I have good communication and interpersonal skills. I have ability to manage production teams. I have good planning and organizational skills. I am initiative and assertive. I have ability to manage conflict. I am result-oriented and have high work standards and can work under pressure.
