I am a self-motivated, efficient and diplomatic person. I believe my strengths and skills make me a perfect candidate for the career path in Human Resource management. My aim is to optimize staff productivity ensure good relations between management and staff. Encourage career growth and development to all sectors in the industry.
I would take the time to listen to complaints and deal with issues, resulting in reduction in personal leave in all departments. I am highly organised, having maintained efficiency and worked hard at obtaining good results in my studies thus far. I know that I am more than capable to make a difference in this field of work, as I am passionate about diversity. My personal traits include being trustworthy, honest, reliable, credible and hardworking.
