Show profile Hide profileI graduated from the University of Cape Town with an Industrial Psychology degree. I also have a HR Management Diploma from Damelin and a Labour Law (Substantive Law) certificate from the CCMA amongst other certificates obtained over the years. At the end of 2014 I completed an Honours Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa.
As can be seen from my CV I have extensive Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Report writing, Training and Development, HR Project Management and Co-ordination, HR Audit requirements and management of HR information systems experience.
My experience also includes advising on administrative matters, compliance with policies and procedures, legislative compliance and on all the functions listed above.
I have excellent communication, liaison, administrative and computer skills and have, during my working career been exposed to functions like co-ordination of training activities and training needs analysis, budgeting, development of office management systems and being part of implementation of strategic processes. I have been working at UCT as an HR Practitioner since November 2016 and have gained invaluable experience on how UCT HR policies and procedures are implemented.
